Craving insight and clarity as well as fresh content?

Picture

I'm a consultant writer, content developer and editorial project manager who works with clients such as Urbis, Mercer, PwC, Yarra Valley Water, Built, Caraniche and Australia Post to fine-tune their communications.

Since 2007, I've been delving into complex topics, making sense of new sectors at speed. I bring energy and insight to dynamic issues each day and clarity to my clients by championing their work among new audiences.

My clients are a diverse bunch. I'm invited into companies, corporates, institutes, governments and NFPs across industries that include the sciences, technology, transport, urban design, education and the arts.

Collaborating with my clients and their stakeholders, we celebrate what they do best in interviews, storytelling and curated content that builds community, positions leaders, influences workplaces and celebrates innovation.

My approach is increasingly informed by design thinking and human-centred design, having seen through my clients the value it brings in helping us focus on real needs when generating ideas for solutions. If this interests you, let's talk!

Working with me is easy, inspired and hassle-free. I'm a writer with creative flair and commercial nous. My work is delivered on time and on brand.

Emily is a pleasure to work with – both in terms of her professionalism and her warm personality. We really appreciated her ability to hit the ground running with unfamiliar content.

I’ve also appreciated her thoughtful advice and ability to come up with clever solutions. She produces high quality work and runs her projects very smoothly!"

"We engaged Emily to help refine our language and communicate our ideas and information in a significant new mindfulness resource.

From the outset, Emily was such a pleasure to work with, very responsive, considered, passionate and curious, alongside being a strong writer.

Her understanding of our organisation and our unique tone of voice, and recommendations for communicating with our target audiences were important to making this a piece of work we’re very proud of.

We've had a wonderful response. We received 2,000+ downloads and had more than 500 schools apply in the first two weeks alone."
