Annual reports

Annual reports are an essential storytelling platform for any organisation. They blend the visionary and pragmatic, finances buoyed by impact in the world.

In 2024, the NRMA engaged me to write their annual report. Here I collaborated with 40+ stakeholders across the organisation to craft and edit copy that conveyed each area's achievements, while reflecting the NRMA's brand messages, tone of voice and narrative for the publication.

The NRMA is Australia's largest member-owned organisation with 3.1 million members. Headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, the NRMA provides NRMA Roadside Assistance while also operating numerous NRMA Parks and Resorts, SIXT car rental and several marine businesses.

This project was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about a multi-talented organisation of specialists who are driven to deliver an evolving list of services and products to help more Australians to go exploring - whether on the road, in the water or in nature. You can read more here.

Story packages

I also produce creative content packages to increase engagement across multiple audiences. These stories can then also appear online, in newsletters or on social media.
